“This is to serve as my testimonial for the above-referenced Coach Certification Class Training and the three mentor coaches (Dr. Brenda Thompson-El, Briane Agostinelli, and Kiyomi Griess). 

First, let me say that I am a CPA/Business Consultant.  As such I have had to have obtained a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education annually to maintain my certification as a CPA.  If you take that requirement (at a minimum) with 48 years of practice (40 X 48), I have obtained at least 1,920 hours of professional training classes. With such, I believe I can say without any hesitation, this is the best training class with the best teachers that I have ever had.  Not only were the class and mentor coaches very informative, but they were willing and did make the training very accommodating to each and all of the class students.  

The mentor coaches were very flexible with the in-class hours to meet the needs of those in the class.  They even changed the class presentation to bring in outside clients to allow the class to do coaching sessions for the attendees to attempt and did classes themselves and allowed the students to learn from watching the professional coaches as they performed coaching sessions.   As a visual learner, this was extremely helpful.  I give all the credit for the success of this training class to the three mentor coaches. This is because of their attention to the needs of the students and accommodating us, particularly myself, to the personal needs that the students had during the 3-month training period.  They always made themselves available to answer questions and made you feel as though you were successful at the coaching sessions, even when you felt that you were not very good.  

I started this training class with some hesitancy to see if professional coaching is what I want to do when I retire from a successful 48-year career as a CPA/Business Consultant.  Because of this class and specifically the three mentor coaches, I finished this class on a very high note and feel like professional coaching is exactly what God has intended for me.  I fully believe my feeling is because of these three mentor coaches and their attention to each and every student in this training class, and their love for the professional coaching profession.  It was evident in all that they did and in their personal attention in leading this class.   

I highly recommend this training program and especially these three mentor coaches for anyone that is looking to obtain their certification to become a professional coach.  The class is outstanding, and these coaches will not only teach you what this profession is but will demonstrate the personal care that, in my opinion, it takes to be able to become a successful professional coach.”
