ICF Mentor Coaching - 2022 Program Schedule
WHAT IS ICF MENTOR COACHING?
According to the International Coach Federation (ICF):
Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
THE PURPOSE:
Whether you are looking to sharpen your coaching skills, hone your leadership skills or apply for your ACC of PCC ICF Credential or renew your credential - ICF Mentor Coaching is your next step!
As recommended by the ICF, Mentor Coaching should take place over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a format that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored.
